IPAQ rx1950 + TomTom Navigation 6 =?

Hi I have an iPAQ rx1950, I bought TomTom 6 navigation, this GPS receiver do I need (brand and model numbers) so that it works at all? I had a GPS Kirrio 6125 (birthplace) comes with Via Michelin SATNAV – it worked a treat! (Michelin, however, that support the first 3 characters of postal code of the GPS receiver'!!??) Kirrio it not compatible with my TomTom! (do not ask me why!) PLEASE HELP ME!

I feel really old, I wish I could help.
