Garmin nüvi 850 to get my freeze anyone can help?

Hello everyone. Since about 2 weeks, the Nuvi keeps freezing. It starts well and goes for a little while and then just stops. You have to switch off and then goes back a bit then stops. I've only tested it with the internal battery (full charge) and off. Turn it on and then freezes after a while i didn't do any updates or anything on it since I bought it for 1 year. any body can help by please?
