Can the Garmin Rino 530HCx be used for geocaching and travel?

I've never been a kind of GPS. I know that the Rino 530HCx the walkie talkie Properties and that you can find members of the group, but what about other features? Can I find it my car to the nearest McDonalds? What if I have the address or waypoint? We want to try geocaching, but also need a GPS for the trip, this would be a good choice, or what would it be?
